Great, fast service, friendly staff too! They took great care of my 2 birds who do not like being touched at all! Even gave them a nail trim too! I thought this was going to be impossible! We got in the same day my bird had an accident we only waited a few minutes and that was for the bird vet to arrive only! They kept our birds calm too. They now are their official vet! Thank you My Pets Vet!!!☺
They pinned my dog down wit so much force she shakes in pain when I touch her back, made her collar into a choke collar and now she is completely scared of me and my wife. She is a skiddish dog so when my wife brought her in for heart worm and an attempt to get her nails trimmed we told them if nothing could be done thats was fine. Lady was rude and said she bit one guy and they had to JUMP on her. My dog is not the same, hiding in her cage, doesnt come or do tricks for bones just really scared. Only been 12hrs or so but can seriuosly see a difference. Very upset we will be filing a real complaint. And gonna call to have this place investigated for animal cruelty.
I can't say enough about this place. My cat Charlie almost died due to another veterinarian doing a horrible surgery. I owe his life to Dr. Ernie Blum and his staff! After he performed reconstructive surgery on Charlie he is fine in fact even better then before! What a wonderful, compassionate group of very talented individuals! I know they will miss him so i will have to take him for visits! I LOVE YOU GUYS YOUR THE BEST!
Dr. Ernie is a great Veterinarian. Highly reccomend.
I called around to several places to establish a vet in the area. This was the most prompt and friendly staff from the first phone call. Today was my first visit and I can't say enough how well my puppy and I were treated! Everyone was very nice! This is the vet I will use for years to come! Thank you!
