Erin and Lacey and the girls up front are so kind and patient when I call with questions and concerns. Today the veterinary staff recommended that we come in for X-rays and we did just to be on the safe side. I am so glad we did. I am thankful we have had them in our lives for the last 21 years. Keep up the fabulous work that you guys do!
The staff here are amazing with animals and show that they have a passion for caring for animals. The prices are reasonable for self pay rates and we always leave happy! I highly recommend.
The staff and assistants here are EXCELLENT! I just don't like that every time you call to make an appointment, it's a different vet that's on. I want to see the same vet! I have been going here before it was Dr Charlie and Dr Whitney, and they are great to, but the prices have increased over 20 to 30% every year!! Nail trim was 15.00 now 18.50! Bloodwork was 97.00 now 140.00 plus some of the bloodtests that were in the the 97.00 test are seperate test now and extra money! Outrageous! They used to be reasonable, but have gotten out of control now, as well as every time I am in there, they try to sell me all kinds of extras! As I sit in the waiting room, every patient that was checking out was over $300, not one any lower! I have spent well over $15,000 in 10 years here, and Never had a break from them on any treatment or any complimentary service! Dr. Charlie and Dr Whitney are excellent vets though. I trust their judgment and are very experienced! I would check around for pricing, there are several GOOD vets around that don't charge that much. If my dog wasn't a sick senior and a longtime patient, I would go elsewhere because of the high charges here. Other than the pricing, the staff and vets have always been thorough and attentive.
I highly recommend Animal Medical of Lehigh. Both Dr Whitney and Dr Charles are outstanding. Their staff is very friendly and caring. All my dogs have received nothing but the best care and treatment here. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else! Thanks Animal Medical for all you do!
Dr. Whitney and Dr. Charlie are great with all my pets, they are very professional and make sure to address all concerns. They give recommendations on products, but they do not try to push them on you because they want you to make your own decisions on what you want to do. All the vet techs are also amazing and gentle with animals and truly show that they love their field of work.
