They are always so great and helpful with me! And always get my prescriptions filled quickly.
I waited half an hour to have a pharmacist answer the phone to explain that my insurance company no longer does business with them. It's so ridiculous that they can't even have enough personnel to answer phones when it relates to people's health. That was 30 minutes I could've saved in going to Walgreens who answered the phone in less than 5 minutes.
The pharmacy staff needs a rehaul. From management to the techs, they are the worst by far. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone, and when you go to the store the lines are ridiculous. Either they are grossly understaffed, or the staff is completely incompetent. From the looks of it they've got plenty people behind the pharmacy counter so one can deduct that they are completely incompetent. Save yourself the headache and go to Walgreens or to any other pharmacy BUT this one.
The pharmacy has no customer service and does not respect the lines and the orders people are standing in they take there sweet time to attend you i understand they are the only cvs pharmacy in south lehigh acres but this is ridiculous i belive management should have a talk with their employees
Do not use this CVS. I called my prescription in at 11 a.m., and was told it would be ready around noon. I wasn't able to get to CVS until about 6:30. I waited in line for 30 whole minutes to get to the window and be told my prescription isn't ready. The line always had at least five cars in it even when I was getting close to the front and the parking lot was packed. I understand that there's a lot of demand on this CVS obviously, but the management needs to better equip the pharmacy in order to make things run more smoothly. If they're so busy that they can't fill a birth control prescription 7 hours after it was promised to me something is going on in that pharmacy. Use any other pharmacy you can in Lehigh Acres.
