I used this company for an interstate move, and they give me quote and signed it with me for $3400 and when they arrive with my stuff they required more than $5000, even if the previous I call their office 5 times for ask if there is any change regarding the payment and the delivery, and I had 5 different people and they gave me 5 times the same answer, “absolutely no change “,when I ask them explanation they told me they made additional charges because the quote was for 3000 lbs, and my moving had 5000 lbs according to them, but they never told me or inform me by writing of this change, they going to my home in Florida for made an inventory, they bring my stuff in a storage, so they know how much was this moving but they choose to give us a wrong information in order to steal us and then, when they arrived at home there were just the driver, so I must pick up my 2 boys to school in order they help the driver to unload my stuff, so my boys missed school this day, My 2 boys have 15 and 12 years old, and the driver was so happy he give them $60, The owner Jeff, took me over the phone and say me he had no obligation to give me the right quote but I have the obligation to pay the amount he asked me even if it’s more than it’s expected if I don’t he will store it and made additional charges again, again and again, so I must pay, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DON’T TRUST THEM, there is a lot of moving company can be trusted not this one
