I wouldn't even give it a full star. The Dr is horrible and should not even be practicing. He does not listen to anything you say and talks in a very demeaning manner towards you when you ask a question. Absolutley terrible!

Absolutely wretched people. About two years ago we moved to Lehigh. Had I known then what I know now we would have moved to Estero. Lehigh has some wonderful people in it, but it also has a horrid criminal element. About one year ago my daughter was molested by a stranger with a gun. Then recently we found out she was raped after she snuck out in the middle of the night to hang out with friends. Both times a police report was filed. Both times she was interviewed by the Child Advocacy Center. This time we are even working with the Child Protection Team (a division of CPS) who is working with the detective to bring down this person as she is not his first victim. I called this office to make an appointment to have my daughter tested for STDs and was told that I had to speak to the manager and they put me on the phone with a woman named Lonnie. This woman proceeded to tell me I was a liar and my stories were not adding up. Insulted me for not taking my daughter to the therapist her doctor had referred her to last year after the first event, which I was not obligated to do and is none of her business. Accused me of missing an appointment in November, which my daughter never had. I even gave her the name of the detective on the case and the name of the Child Protection Team coordinator and she said those names meant nothing to her and she didn't believe a word I said to her. She then proceeded to tell ME my daughter should have had counseling if she was brutally raped last year, which is NOT what happened. She then said something about a family member doing it, which again the police reports show that isn't the case at all. She then yelled at me for not having my daughter see her doctor since last year. She wasn't sick so didn't need to go. She has, however, been going to a psychiatrist and two therapists. When I mentioned I was going to call my attorney she then said she was going to have to call CPS. I told her I was actually working WITH them on this case as well as the detective and again she called me a liar. I called her back today to give her the police report number and detective's phone number as he told me to have her call him. She never even bothered to call me back. I called her superiors in the executive office and after I was assured that I didn't need to keep my 3pm appointment with my attorney because someone would call me back, no one called me back. So now I need to call my attorney back and reschedule my appointment and explain to him that management never did call me back as promised and we would like to discuss our options. No mother should be subjected to this type of abuse after suffering two horrible tragedies within their family. Ever. There is absolutely no excuse for this behavior.
