Then I let them know my mother will be taking my 16 year old home because I have to get back to work. They tell me I will need a notarized letter for her to be able to do so. Do what?! When I disputed the fact that would be necessary due to the fact I was already STANDING IN THE OFFICE telling them I had to leave, they insisted it must be done for her to be able to bring them. Except, as I told her, my mother wasn't bringing him in. I had already done that!! I left and went back to work. My mother and son finally just walked out two hours after his appointment time without anyone in the office ever even acknowledging them.
Then they want a full financial disclosure of what my families yearly income is. Don't think so. Not giving them that.
Been here once for my first visit. Dentist was rude and got into an argument with me about laughing to my family because she thought I was laughing at her. Not to mention the wait time which is outrageous and the fact that they're not helpful if you need to know something and ask them a question. The woman at the front desk even ignored me whe I asked her 3 times about how long the wait time would be. Extremely unprofessional and wouldn't want to come here again.
I had an appointment for 8am. And had to wait two hours. People who just walked in went before me. Something that takes less than five minutes I have to wait two hours for. They take there slow time with everything. And they don't care how long you have to sit there for. You'll only get there good side once you leave. But when you walk in its sit down and wait how ever long it takes and they'll be right with you. Every time I go there it's the same thing with them. They expect you to come early and if your five minutes late you have to reschedule. But for them they can call you up late when ever they like.
We won't be back.

Called to confirm the day before. Then when we showed up we were told the xray machine had been down since the day before. Supposedly, the repairman was on site but I could reschedule if I wanted to.
AWFUL experience, never coming back again. With app patients have to wait more than an hour for the higienitist or dentist.
We've gone here a few times because no one else would take my son's insurance but yesterday was the last straw.
