The flowers are always beautiful!!! They do a great job on arrangements and wedding bouquets!! The dish gardens from here are awesome as well. Great delivery!! Good customer service!! Would definitely recommend this flower shop to others!!

I called to place an order this morning for flowers to be sent to my mom for her birthday. The service I received from start to finish was amazing. Maggie was super helpful and quick on collecting all the information needed and put together a custom order for me in under 10 minutes. She made sure my moms flowers made it out to my moms door within just a few hours. You don't get great customer service like this nowadays.. It was refreshing to have someone take such pride in making sure everything was perfect. Thank you bright petals and thanks Maggie for the amazing customer service you made my moms day she absolutely loved her flowers. When you live thousands of miles away it's great to know I have a florist I can turn to back home to make sure my mom is taken care of.
Not only does this shop have beautiful flower arrangements and a lovely selection of vapors, but the owners are always courteous, helpful, and efficient. I would recommend them for flowers or vape supplies ANYTIME. Excellent service.
I am a retired florist living in Minneapolis, MN. I needed a fruit and gourmet basket delivered in Lehigh Acres. I called this florist because they were local to the Lehigh Acres area and had good reviews. We talked at 5:00 on Tuesday. It was delivered by 11:00 on Wednesday. Great service and the recipient really liked it. I will also say that Lori explained that they don't do fruit and gourmet baskets as part of their regular business but will if a special request is made. Thanks again for doing a fantastic job!
