Im using my wifes account for review. Worst service ever! Made me and wifes life hell during the rental of two cars due to car accident thru my insurance. They debited money without permission from account used for deposit if insurance did not answer fast enough with extensions. Multiple random transactions and no refund untill car was returned. That was my wifes experience and mine was worst... My vehicle was a 2016 and after insurance decided to repair they found extensive water damage so new quotes had to be made and they were deciding if to declare the vehicle a total loss. They delayed on my last extension and there waa comunication all the time betweeen insurance USAA, in house enterprise and the lehigh location. Caleb store manager called me that i had a $500 balance and insurance denied to pay i eexplained that was not what they had informed me that they would have an answer that day... He did not believed me called me a liar and got very nasty and disrespectful insulting and making threats about calling the police and reporting tha car stolen... Keep in mind an hour later insurance called and took care of the balance and extended my rental one las time due to my vehicle being declared a total loss. Brought the issue to another manager when returned the car and he just justified him... Since my insurance was delayed on a response there was a balance and he could do anything to get the funds and vehicle back. Could not believe they support that type of behavior and worst customer service ever. And by the way never recieved my deposit back either. Never rent here it will be a nightamare you will be getting into. And they knew i am a army veteran the whole time still treated me like if i wanted to take their car and money and steal it. Strongly not recommend stay away from this place you will thank me later.

This location doesn't even deserve one star. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life! I reserved a vehicle calling the local number here on google. The message stated to press option 2 to reserve a vehicle for that location. This transferred me to a reservation agent. She was very nice, made my reservation for 3:00 pm. I was supposed to be picked up at 3:00 pm. At 3:20 pm, I called location and the rental agent told me since I had made the reservation this morning (less than 24 hours), they didn't have a car for me. I asked why would the agent make a reservation if there was no car and his response was that the reservation agent doesn't know what they have available and I should have called them directly at the office. My reservation was on his screen but they just didn't have a car. Just like that. No call, no warning, no apologies, no car. I am so upset. One of our vehicles is damaged so we are temporarily down to one vehicle. My husband was on a big job so I needed this vehicle to pick my daughter up from school (45 minutes from my house). And I had plans with my children for Saturday. Now I have no way to pick my little girl up and I have to cancel all of our plans for Saturday. The customer service agent was very nice but there really wasn't anything she could do. I have never, ever experienced such poor service! Years ago I worked at a car rental company at South West Florida International Airport. In the time I worked there, our customers were NEVER treated this way! Everybody that reserved a car, walked away with a car, what they reserved or better. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. After reading some of the other poor reviews, it baffles me how this location is still in business.

Workers here were so friendly and awesome. Mrs. Crystal was awesome!! Didn't take me long to get the rental..Had it for a week... Took less than 5 minutes to return... Would definitely go back to rent a vehicle.
If I had to say 1 thing that they could fix..It's picking up/dropping off in the Labelle area... It's 23 miles out the way and I completely understand.... Just food for thought!!
I just have to thank the staff at Enterprise on Homestead. They made my birthday the best I have had in a while. I just have to tell you a little about my story.. January 13, 2017 was my birthday I was going up to Tampa for my birthday weekend so I decided to rent a car. When I went to pick up my car of course they asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked what my options were. She said I had SUV options and started naming off so list. She said one that caught my attention and decided to choose it. When she pulled the car around I was disappointed because it wasn't the car I thought it was. We then started to discuss the car that I thought it was but I was satisfied with what I had at the time. Later on that day I was not liking the car I was in. So I called and ask if I could exchange for a different car. I spoke with the same lady I had talk to earlier that morning. She had remembered me and had also remember the car I thought i was getting originally, then started to tell me she had just had the car I was asking for dropped off and told me she would hold it for me. When I arrive to pick up the second vehicle the entire staff song happy birthday to me when I walked in. She just don't know how happy she made me I guess you can say it was a dream car of mine and I had the pleasure to drive in it my birthday weekend. Sometimes it's the little things that count. I thank Enterprise for my wonderful birthday weekend.
