I just moved to the cape from from NY I was looking for a Dominican I need a relaxer I have a lot of new growth but im skeptical as any one would be at a new salon so I try a wash and set Delta is a MAGICIAN and a BEAUTICIAN I walked out of there looking like I just a relaxer sheen and body and bounce. I will tell every one about her. Lol I don't know any one so far but im sure I will because people will say hey where did you get ur hair done? I got it done by Delta at Final Touch.I
Delta is awesome. She cut and put highlights in my hair, and my hair looks awesome. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a great hair experience at a salon, definitely coming back! Thank you !

She soaked my hair. Cut it poorly. It's all uneven. Didn't even trim my bangs like I asked. And then curled my bangs by blowdrying them and left the rest of my head soaked.
