On my first ( and last ) visit i was told by a greeter that I needed to make an appointment if I needed to see anyone other than a cashier.
Needed a debit card replaced waited 2 hours ,when I asked was how much longer the guy told me I should have scheduled an appointment extremely rude, when I finally did get seen I guess the person at the front told them that I was upset for waiting so long so he was rude also, Bank of America sucks if you can get into Suncoast Credit Union much better
Honestly the worst experience I've had in a bank ever. I did work for a company was given a check try to cash the check at the Lehigh Acres Branch where the bank teller hardly spoke English and the manager came over to assist and was useless said they could not verify therefore they could not cash. I simply asked the gentleman to check again or call the number on the check. He said I can't help you deposit it into your own account simply because I am at a different bank and I was not willing to entertain them by opening a bank account at Bank of America. This is the reason I do not bank with them. Their customer service is awful if you speak English good luck at this location you will be pushed aside I'm sure.
Simply horrible, slow and understaffed. Sadly we are forced to pay rent at Homestead Branch...otherwise would NEVER set foot in there. This has been for over 4 years. We have said something...they dont care...even wrote corporate and not even a reply. They have wasted a full work week of our time Thats 40 HOURS!..no exaggeration! Beware and avoid AT ALL COST!
Every time I visit this bank there is a line that reminds me of Disney world, it is definitely a high traffic location and in my opinion requires more tellers, especially around the lunch hours. Please take this advice and atleast hire a part time teller that works 11-3 or something. Other then long wait times staff is friendly and operate in great procedure! Fix this issue and you will have my 5 star
